Terms and Conditions Use of the mtown Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mtown ("Platform", "us"). This document takes effect as soon as you access, browse, or register an account on the mtown platform.

Continued use of the mtown platform after any terms update constitutes full acceptance of those changes. mtown reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, which also forms part of the overall agreement between you and mtown.

02 Account Registration Eligibility

To register and use the mtown platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age of 18: mtown is an exclusive platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mtown reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• Single account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one mtown account. Owning more than one account is a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being frozen and permanently closed.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Not listed: You are not listed on the gambling exclusion list of any recognised regulatory authority.

Mtown reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account found to not meet the above eligibility requirements without providing any reason.

03 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

The mtown registration process is designed to be simple and quick. However, as a platform that adheres to international industry standards, we implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure the safety of all members.

• Early verification: After registration, you may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport, or other valid identification document.
• Address verification: In some cases, proof of address such as a utility bill or recent bank statement may be required to complete the verification process.
• Withdrawal limit before KYC: Accounts that have not completed the verification process may be subject to certain withdrawal limits until verification is fully completed.

Mtown reserves the right to suspend account activity until the KYC process is fully completed. This is a protective measure for the safety and interests of all platform members.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Mtown supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate your financial transactions. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Payment method: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 minutes after approval. In certain cases involving security checks, this may take up to 24 hours.
• Currency: All transactions on the mtown platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mtown does not bear any foreign currency exchange charges.

• One payment method: For security and fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method or account holder used for the deposit.
• Overpayment: In the event of an excess deposit due to a technical error, mtown will refund the excess amount to the original account within a reasonable timeframe.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

06 Game & Betting Rules

All games available on the mtown platform are powered by certified software and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome.

• Final results: All game results are final once processed by the system. No appeals will be entertained based on assumptions or expectations alone.
• Technical interruption: In the event of a technical or network disruption during gameplay, mtown will settle the relevant bets based on saved system records. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be returned to the player.
• Wagering limit: Each game has set minimum and maximum wagering limits. These limits are subject to change at any time and are clearly displayed within the game interface.
• Sports betting: Sports betting odds and markets may change until a bet is confirmed by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specifically stated circumstances.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's personal information or falsified documents
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform
• Owning multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Threats, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour towards support staff or other members
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the mtown platform
• Bonus system abuse through strategic betting designed solely to meet rollover requirements

08 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your mtown account at any time by contacting our customer support team. However, there are a few important things to understand regarding account closure.

• Voluntary closure: Before closing your account, ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances. Unclaimed balances after the specified period may not be recoverable once the account is closed.
• Closure by mtown: mtown reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without providing a reason.
• Self-exclusion: Members who choose to self-exclude may do so via account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are final and cannot be altered before the selected period expires.

09 Platform Limitation of Liability

The mtown platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and mtown makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

• Service disruption: mtown is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters and network outages.
• Gambling losses: mtown is not liable for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of gambling activity on the platform. All bets are placed entirely at the player's own risk.
• Claim limit: In any circumstance that gives rise to a claim against mtown, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
